Overview

Enjoy dinner with a changing view of Dubai aboard a shared luxury dhow on the Dubai Water Canal. A red-carpet welcome, Arabic coffee and dates set the scene before starters and an international buffet with a live station of the day. Take in the city's illuminated skyline and bridges as you cruise from Dubai Festival City, with soft beverages, recorded commentary and background music included.

• Board at Al Faris Floating Restaurant, Dubai Festival City. Use the exact meeting point and reporting instructions on your confirmation voucher.
• Arrive by 18:00. Boarding begins at 18:30, departure is at 19:00, and the scheduled return is 21:30. Sailing and return times depend on marine traffic.
• The dhow has a glass-enclosed lower deck and an open-air upper deck. A particular deck or seat is not guaranteed in the standard package. Special seating requests cost AED 50 per person, payable at the venue and subject to availability.
• Age categories are infants aged 0–2, children aged 3–10, and adults aged 11 and above. Infants enter free.
• Book at least 10 hours before the selected time slot. Your booking remains subject to availability and confirmation.
• Sailing depends on weather and maritime approvals. Route, landmark views and show operation can vary with conditions.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 48 hours before your booked time slot for a full refund or to request rescheduling. Late cancellation or rescheduling requests and no-shows are non-refundable. If the cruise is cancelled for weather, operational or official restrictions, we will seek to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund. Eligible refunds are returned within 10 working days.
