• Price is per group of up to 5 people, not per person.
• Al Ain National Heritage, the fort and the archaeological park may close on Mondays and Fridays.
• Language: English and Arabic.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before departure. Within 12 hours charged 100%. Refunds processed within 7 working days. Some sites may close with no compensation.
