Good to know

• Allow about 6 to 7 hours for the full experience.
• Choose Self-drive, Shared 4x4 SUV or Private 4x4 SUV when booking. Your reporting time and meeting or collection details are confirmed on the voucher.
• Self-drive guests make their own way to the designated desert meeting point. Dubai pickup and return are not included with this option.
• Shared and Private transport options include pickup and return from eligible Dubai hotels and residences.
• The same Guest rate applies to adults and children who require a place. Contact ALVIA before booking an infant under 3.
• Infants cannot join dune bashing and must remain with a guardian at the camp.
• Wear light, breathable clothing and footwear suitable for sand. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a light layer in cooler months.
• Luggage, large bags, pets and valuables are not permitted.
• The experience is not suitable during pregnancy, for guests with heart conditions or serious neck or back problems, or for wheelchair users.
• Your booking confirmation and voucher are emailed to the address provided after payment.
• Desert activities and live entertainment may change for weather, safety or official restrictions.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; later cancellations are charged 100%.
