Spend a day at Atlantis, The Palm with Aquaventure's waterslides, river attractions, children's splash areas and private beach. Choose Aquaventure Day Pass - All Days for the waterpark, or Aquaventure Super Pass - All Days to add the Lost World Aquarium.

What's included

Good to know

• Location: Atlantis, The Palm. Allow a full day and bring your voucher, suitable swimwear and sun protection.
• Opening hours: waterpark 10:00 to 18:00 daily; Lost World Aquarium 11:00 to 20:00 daily. Hours can change seasonally.
• Children must be supervised. Many rides require a minimum height of 1.2 metres; individual ride restrictions still apply.
• Regular clothing, denim and unsuitable loose garments are not permitted on rides or in pools. Outside food, beverages, alcohol and glassware are not allowed.
• Tickets are personal and valid for the date and period printed on the voucher.
• For the Super Pass, child tickets apply to guests under 7 years old and below 1.2 metres. Contact us to confirm the correct ticket when either threshold is met. Children under 3 enter free.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Day Pass - All Days: non-refundable, with a 100% charge after booking. Super Pass - All Days: free cancellation at least 24 hours before the visit; cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Eligible refunds are returned within 10 working days.
