At The Top Burj Khalifa

See Dubai unfold beneath you from the Burj Khalifa, with four ways to enjoy the views. Choose Silver General Admission for Levels 124 and 125, Gold for the higher SKY experience on Level 148, or Platinum for The Lounge on Levels 152 to 154. For a visit with a meal, Silver with Rooftop Dining combines the observation decks with a three-course lunch or dinner at Rooftop, The Burj Club. Each option gives you a different level of access, so you can choose the visit that fits your day.

Good to know

• Enter through At the Top on the Lower Ground level of Dubai Mall. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your confirmed entry time for ticket collection and security checks. Bring your booking voucher and valid photo ID.
• Your ticket is valid for the booked date and time. Allow approximately 1.5 to 2 hours for the attraction, with extra time for dining and queues.
• Children under 3 enter free. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Outside food and drinks are not permitted; large bags, strollers and prohibited items must be left at the designated counter.
• Rooftop dining: lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 17:30 to 19:30. Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the separate restaurant elevator with help from venue staff.
• Views depend on weather and visibility. Operating hours and outdoor terrace access may change.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

All four options: cancel at least 24 hours before the booked time for a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable. Vouchers already converted into attraction tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Eligible refunds are returned within 10 working days.
