• Location: Dubai Mall. The Aquarium Tunnel is on Ground Level and the Underwater Zoo is on Level 2. Allow approximately 1.5 to 3 hours.
• Opening hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 to 21:00; Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 21:00. Last entry is 20:15. Hours may change.
• Carry your voucher for ticket redemption and follow its collection instructions. Arrive at least 15 minutes before any confirmed reporting time. Children must remain with an adult or guardian.
• Penguin Cove is a viewing visit, not a hands-on Penguin Encounter. Ask staff about the timing of the included behind-the-scenes tour on arrival.
• Children under 2 enter free. Guests aged 2 and above require a paid ticket. Entry is valid for one visit; re-entry is not permitted.
• Follow animal welfare signs and photography restrictions. Standard admission does not include a glass-bottom boat ride.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

This package is non-refundable. A 100% cancellation charge applies once booked. Unused or partly used services are not refundable.
