Good to know

• Your yacht, boarding location, menu and route are confirmed with your booking.
• Beverages, dining and age rules vary by sailing and licensed operator; exact food, beverage and cancellation policy are published per departure.
• Report 20-30 minutes early; late arrival can result in missed departure without refund.
• The planned route (Marina, JBR, Ain Dubai, Palm, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab) is subject to operator, sea and harbour permissions; the operator may change route, swim stop, entertainment or vessel for safety.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; later cancellations are charged 100%.
