Good to know

• Your yacht, boarding location, menu and route are confirmed with your booking.
• Arrive 20-30 minutes before departure; the yacht cannot delay a shared sailing for late arrivals.
• Sunset visibility is weather-dependent and not guaranteed; the route may be adjusted for sea, wind, harbour or Coast Guard reasons.
• The sailing departs at 4:00 pm and lasts 3 hours; the time of sunset varies through the year.
• Dietary requests must be made in advance, before the operator's cut-off.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; later cancellations are charged 100%.
