Dubai Fountain Experiences

Overview

Get closer to one of Downtown Dubai's best-known waterfront sights with a Fountain Boardwalk visit or a Fountain Lake Ride. Walk onto the floating viewing platform for a close perspective of the fountain area, or take a traditional abra across Burj Lake with views of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar. Choose the experience you prefer; each option gives you a different way to enjoy the setting around the Dubai Fountain.

Good to know

• The two options are separate experiences: Boardwalk admission does not include an abra ride, and a Lake Ride ticket does not include Boardwalk admission.
• Collect your attraction ticket from the At the Top main counter on the Lower Ground level of Dubai Mall before proceeding to the experience. Carry a printed ticket and booking confirmation, and follow the redemption instructions on your voucher.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked experience to allow time for ticket collection and the walk to the meeting point. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Children under 4 are not permitted on the Boardwalk. For the Lake Ride, children aged 0–3 enter free and must be included in the booking with an accompanying adult.
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or above. A parental consent form is required for children under 16. Select at least one adult ticket when booking for children or infants.
• The Lake Ride generally lasts around 20–30 minutes, depending on operations. Follow the boat team's seating and safety instructions throughout the ride.
• Fountain performances may change or be suspended independently of Boardwalk or Lake Ride operations. A particular show or uninterrupted fountain performance is not guaranteed.
• The experience may temporarily close in severe weather. Weather-related closure does not qualify for a refund under these ticket terms.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours before your booked experience for a full refund, provided your voucher has not been converted into an attraction ticket. Converted attraction tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Late cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Eligible refunds are returned within 10 working days.
