Overview

Swap the Dubai heat for indoor snow at Mall of the Emirates. Choose Snow Plus Pass for a day of snow-park rides with a choice of an additional activity, Full-Day Slope Session for experienced skiers and snowboarders, or Snow Premium for a fuller day that adds a penguin encounter, more activities and extra comforts. Your pass determines which areas and experiences are included.

Good to know

• Slope participants must meet Level 2 ability requirements, including safe stopping, speed control, linked turns and use of lifts. Slope access is not a beginners lesson. Sign the required waiver before participation.
• Children under 2 are not permitted in the activities. Slope access starts from age 3 and requires the appropriate ability. Children must be accompanied in line with venue rules; helmets are compulsory for children under 13.
• Snow Bullet requires a minimum age of 8 years, height of 125 cm and weight above 30 kg; maximum weight is 120 kg.
• Snow Premium reservations must be coordinated and confirmed at least 48 hours before the visit. Arrive 40 minutes before a booked penguin encounter or lesson. Discovery lessons are allocated by age group.
• No personal cameras or phones are allowed in the Penguin Encounter area. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Venue safety and health restrictions apply.
• Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00; Friday 10:00 to midnight; Saturday and Sunday 09:00 to midnight. Last ticket time is 21:30 Monday to Thursday and 22:30 Friday to Sunday; check the date-specific schedule.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Snow Plus Pass and Snow Premium: non-refundable, with a 100% cancellation charge after booking. Full-Day Slope Session: free cancellation at least 24 hours before the booked visit; later cancellations are charged in full. Eligible refunds are returned within 10 working days.
