Overview

See Downtown Dubai from a new angle at Sky Views Observatory, high above the city at Address Sky View. Ride the panoramic glass elevator, step onto the 46-metre glass floor and look out towards Burj Khalifa and the surrounding skyline. Your Observatory with Glass Slide ticket also includes one ride through the transparent slide from Level 53 to Level 52, subject to the slide's participation requirements.

Good to know

• Visit Address Sky View, Tower 1, Downtown Dubai. Arrive approximately 30 minutes before your booked entry and follow your voucher's admission instructions.
• Observatory admission and Glass Slide eligibility are different. The Glass Slide is for guests aged 12–65, weighing 30–120 kg and measuring 120–200 cm in height. Guests under 18 require a parent's consent in person.
• Children who do not meet the slide requirements can visit the Observatory with the appropriate admission ticket, accompanied by an adult.
• Wear modest, comfortable clothing and secure footwear. Loose dresses, skirts, loose scarves, flip-flops and other loose footwear are unsuitable for the slide. Follow the team's instructions on the correct sliding position.
• The slide is unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or conditions that could affect safe participation, including pregnancy, neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart or nervous-system conditions, epilepsy or motion sickness. Tell the venue team about relevant health conditions or disabilities before participating.
• The Observatory welcomes wheelchair users; the Glass Slide is a separate physical activity with its own eligibility checks.
• Only personal handbags may be taken upstairs. Store luggage, trolleys, laptops, strollers and restricted items in the entrance luggage room. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Visibility depends on the weather. Poor visibility or a temporary closure during severe weather does not qualify for a refund under this ticket's terms.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 24 hours before your booked visit for a full refund, provided your voucher has not been converted into an attraction ticket. Once converted, the ticket cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. Later cancellations incur a 100% charge. Eligible refunds are returned within 10 working days.
