Around 240 metres above the island, the observation deck opens up 360-degree views across the Palm, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai's skyline. Choose General Admission – Non-Prime or General Admission – Prime for the entry period that suits your visit.

• Enter The View at The Palm at The Palm Tower through the adjoining mall, following the entrance instructions on your voucher.
• Prime and Non-Prime identify the admission period. Both options provide Level 52 access; a Prime ticket does not add Next Level or VIP benefits.
• Bring a passport or Emirates ID and your issued ticket for scanning at the venue.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit. Infants under 3 enter free; the current ticket categories classify ages 3–13 as children and guests aged 14 and above as adults.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Follow the venue team's safety and admission instructions.
• Views depend on weather and visibility. Clear views or a particular sunset are not guaranteed, and unused or partially used tickets are non-refundable.
• Ticket/Voucher Issuance. Tickets are usually issued within a few minutes during our working hours (10 am to 8 pm). Bookings placed outside working hours may take 6–12 hours. We always aim to process your booking as quickly as possible, and your tickets will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready.

Cancellation

Once booked, a 100% cancellation charge applies. Tickets are non-refundable, including unused or partially used admission.
